In placing an order with Cheshire Jewels, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by UK Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Please note that apart from debit/credit/pay pal, we accept cheques but delivery will not take place until the cheque has cleared. We can also accept orders on telephone.
Please note that a signature is required from you when your order is delivered.
Orders will only be delivered to the address you have stated when placing your order. Cheshire Jewels cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to us.
In very rare circumstances we may not be able to fulfil your order. Should we experience any problems with the availability of your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the timescales of your delivery option we may sometimes experience delays because of unforeseen circumstances and we therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery.

Please also note that delivery charge will apply depending on orders in UK and other European countries and rest of the world.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 working days of receipt, provided the goods are in a saleable condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
We recommend that you return items by Registered Mail. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transport. If the products are in a saleable condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding the cost of postage and stamping.
However, if we believe that the product has been used or it has been opened or if the packaging has been tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Faulty and damaged items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and there will be a full refund of the full purchase price of the product including postage and stamping. How to return items
If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Send a completed Contact Us form to us mentioning the a) Order number b) Item code c) Reason for return
Step 2. We will send you an email confirmation of your intended return. Please do not dispatch any item until you receive this confirmation.
Step 3. Please attach your proof of purchase (email copy of order confirmation) and pack the item (s) you wish to return in its original, undamaged packaging. We recommend that you return items by Registered Mail. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transport. Non-Returnable Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept Earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.
